The Anxiety Treatment Center offers a Academic Perfectionism Track, the first program of its kind. Academic Perfectionism includes school-interfering behaviors such as procrastination and excessive time spent on work, which ultimately contribute to anxiety, depression, and negative academic outcomes. Students may benefit from cognitive therapy to challenge their perfectionistic beliefs, behavior therapy to help with problematic behaviors, and time management and organizational skills. The program will serve high school, undergraduate, and graduate students as well as medical students, residents, and fellows from across the country.
