2016 1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk

The International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) is pleased to announce that the Northern California 1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk will now be co-hosted by OCD SF Bay Area and OCD Sacramento, and will take place at scenic Lake Merrit in Oakland on Saturday, June 4, 2016!

Walking is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Go to iocdf.org/walkNorCal and click “Register” to join the Walk. Registration is FREE, but you must raise or donate a minimum of $25 to earn your commemorative Walk T-shirt.

2. Join or create a fundraising team to walk and raise awareness with or register as an individual walker.

3. Join us at the Lake Merritt Amphitheater on June 4th, 2016, as we take 1 Million Steps 4 OCD!
