ADHD is a common behavioral disorder that affects about 10% of school-age children. Boys are about three times more likely than girls to be diagnosed with it, though it’s not yet understood why. Without proper treatment, the impact can have devastating consequences on school, work and relationships, and can continue into adulthood. Michael Joseph Ferguson is an adult ADD/ADHD life coach, and has studied the effects of nutrition and exercise on brain chemistry for over a decade. He is the creator of a life coaching system designed specifically for adults with ADD/ADHD and author of The Drummer and The Great Mountain and will share helpful tips to recognize these disorders and effective treatment modalities.
