About the Presenters:
Dr. Vidrine is Director of the OCD Program at TMS Health Solutions. He is a Board-Certified psychiatrist specializing in OCD, Body Dysmorphia, and other related Anxiety Disorders. He uses principles from various disciplines and frameworks, including ACT, CBT, ERP, Mindfulness and the latest evidence in pharmacology, neuroscience, and neuromodulation to provide an integrated plan tailored specifically to each individual, whether that includes medications, psychotherapy, or TMS. He is located in the San Francisco/Oakland area but available for medication management and TMS consultations for Sacramento area patients via video appointments if covered by insurance.
Dr. Zasio is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been specializing in treating OCD and anxiety disorders for the past 20 years. Utilizing the front-line treatments of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention, she developed and co-owned the first anxiety treatment center in Northern California in 1999. Dr. Zasio is on the Advisory Board for the Sacramento Chapter of the National Alliance of the Mentally Ill (NAMI) where she writes a “Doctor’s Column” for their monthly newsletter. She is a member of the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation, American Psychological Association, Trichotillomania Learning Center, and Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies.
