October 25 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Many people hear that “CBT” or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is the front-line treatment modality for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). While this can be a component of treatment, the gold-standard is Exposure and Response Prevention or ERP, which in it’s truest form, looks very different than CBT. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about these differences, when to apply them, and how to develop a case conceptualization. Closed event to Kaiser medical and mental health employees.
